Joy, Miss Tall Club of Greater Washington, D.C., is from Manassas, Virginia, and would like to be involved in a motivational speaking tour to help young people harness what makes them unique and use it to their advantage. Joy Dawson will represent TCI as she travels to member clubs for publicity events and to promote tall awareness.
