The St. Louis Tip Toppers were organized to promote friendship and fellowship among Tall People, and to sponsor activities of interest and benefit to all. Membership requirements include a minimum height of 6'2" for men and 5'10" for women, with a minimum age of 21 years.

The St. Louis Tip Toppers are a charter member in good standing of Tall Clubs International (TCI), which consists of over 65 member clubs in the U.S. and Canada.

Business meetings are held on the second Monday of the month.
